So this space is a blog that never really existed. I created it as an archive of my old blog, thehandsomecamel.org, which was mostly about movies and my experiences in the Army. I decommissioned that site a couple of years ago and moved on to a new blog. But that new blog was really a family blog, and over time I’ve found that I have a lot more to say that’s not, strictly speaking, family-related. I’ve also found that writing political and social commentary in between videos of my child eating green beans has gotten increasingly awkward. So… I’ve decided to move back here! To this place that I never really was.
Anyway… let the somewhat-less-awkward commentary begin!
